Zero Filter's Well Woman and Well Man clinic supports both women and men through the full spectrum of hormonal change, from perimenopause and full menopause to Andropause (male menopause). Following your initial assessment, we design a personalised symptom management plan with treatments available in clinic, at home, or a combination of both.
Female symptoms can include hot flushes, sleep disturbance, vaginal dryness, anxiety, mood changes, brain fog, joint pain, changes in libido and urinary concerns. Male symptoms often present as mood swings, loss of muscle mass, fatigue, low energy, poor concentration and sleep difficulties.
We can check testosterone levels and advise on treatment options, as well as providing lifestyle assessment guidance to help reduce and manage the symptoms you are experiencing.

Sarah brings over 35 years of nursing experience alongside more than a decade working within aesthetics and wellness. Her approach combines clinical knowledge with calm, personalised care that helps clients feel supported, informed and confident in their treatment choices.
Zero Filter was created to offer a more honest and wellbeing-focused approach to aesthetics. Every treatment is guided by experience, evidence-led care and a genuine commitment to helping clients feel comfortable in their own skin.
