Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

• Items must be returned unopened, unused, and in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

• For hygiene reasons, skincare, haircare, and cosmetic products cannot be returned once opened or used.

• Beauty devices and electrical items must be unused and in their original condition with all accessories and packaging intact.

• Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

 

How to Return an Item

1. Contact our customer service team at info@zerofilteraesthetics.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

2. We will provide return instructions and a return authorisation.

3. Securely package the item(s) and send them back to us using a tracked postal service at your own cost.

4. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund or exchange.

Refunds

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

• If your return does not meet our policy requirements, we may reject the return and send the item back to you.

Damaged or Faulty Items

• If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

• We may request photos of the issue and will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Non-Returnable Items

• Gift cards and promotional items

• Opened or used beauty products (for hygiene reasons)
